Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms form part of our Terms of Service and describe the paid features of WallsPy, how they are billed, the credit system that powers AI Studio, and your rights to cancel and refund.

1. Tiers & what they include
WallsPy is free to install and use at the NONE (free) tier. Paid tiers unlock ad-free browsing, larger usage quotas, and recurring AI Studio credits as listed below.

Within each tier's daily ceiling, generations are only debited from your credit balance, the daily limit is an anti-abuse backstop, not your primary allowance. Free (NONE) users have 0 credits and so are gated purely by the 5/day ceiling unless they purchase a credit pack.
Tiers are available with monthly or yearly billing periods (except LEGACY_PREMIUM, which is a one-time lifetime purchase). Pricing is shown on the in-app purchase screen and is set per-country by Google Play.
2. One-time signup bonus credits
Specifically:
- The first time you successfully subscribe (or restore a LEGACY_PREMIUM purchase), the bonus is credited to your account.
- Renewals do not re-grant the bonus.
- Upgrading from a lower tier to a higher tier (e.g. BASIC → ULTRA) does not grant an additional bonus, even if the new tier's signup bonus is larger.
- Downgrading does not grant a bonus.
- Cancelling and re-subscribing at a later date does not grant a new bonus.
This bonus is granted only once per account and cannot be claimed again. If you believe you did not receive a bonus you were entitled to, please contact support and we will review your account.
3. Credit packs (one-time purchases)
In addition to subscriptions, you can purchase one-time credit packs through Google Play to top up your balance at any time:

Credit pack purchases are final on completion and are immediately added to your credit balance. They are independent from any active subscription and do not extend or change your subscription tier.
Credits, whether from packs or the signup bonus, do not expire, unused balances roll over indefinitely. Credits are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value.
4. What costs how many credits
The default credit cost per AI Studio action:

Credits are charged after a successful generation. If a generation does not complete, you are not charged and can simply retry.
For a WallsPy AI 3D Parallax wallpaper, the 2-credit cost is charged once the wallpaper is created. If the 3D effect does not turn out, the cost is not refunded, you keep the wallpaper and can add a 3D effect again later. See our AI Content Disclaimer.
A daily usage limit also applies on top of the credit system as an anti-abuse safeguard (see the tier table in §1). Credits remain the main allowance; the daily limit simply caps how many generations can run in a single day and resets each day.
5. Billing & auto-renewal
All subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you selected) for the same billing period and at the then-current price. Renewal is handled entirely by Google Play, and we update your plan accordingly.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your active subscriptions and review the upcoming renewal date in the Google Play Store under Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select WallsPy and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain your tier benefits, including the ability to spend any remaining credits, until that date. After expiry your account drops back to the free plan; any leftover credit balance stays attached to your account and remains usable.
7. Grace period & account hold
Google Play has two automatic recovery states that apply when a renewal payment fails. We mirror them in your subscription record:
- Grace period. If a renewal fails, Google retries for a number of days. During this time your tier benefits remain active. If a retry succeeds, your subscription returns to normal.
- Account hold. If Google's retries also fail, your subscription enters account hold. Your tier benefits are paused and the app behaves as if you are on the free plan until you fix the payment method via Google Play, after which your tier is restored.
Both states are driven by Google Play; we do not initiate them and cannot bypass them.
8. Refunds
All refund requests must be initiated through Google Play: Google Play Store → Account → Order history → Request a refund. Google applies its own refund policy.
Subject to mandatory consumer law, our general policy is:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for partially- used billing periods.
- Credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your balance.
- AI generation failures or quality issues are not refundable; see §4 above and our AI Content Disclaimer.
- Goodwill credits: we may, at our discretion, grant credits to your account for service issues. Contact support.
9. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
Important exception: When you start using the digital content covered by your purchase before the 14-day period ends, for example, by generating an AI wallpaper using your purchased credits, or by enjoying ad-free browsing, you expressly waive your withdrawal right for that purchase to the extent the digital content has been supplied. By tapping "subscribe" or "buy pack" and immediately using the benefit, you give that consent.
For purchases where the withdrawal right has not been waived, exercise it by contacting Google Play (refund flow) or support@titankoders.com within 14 days.
10. Price changes
We may change subscription prices over time. Where required by Google Play's policy or by law, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to confirm or cancel before the new price applies. Existing billing periods are not affected by a price change.
We may also from time to time change the credit costs of AI generations or the credit amounts contained in packs. Changes will apply prospectively, the credit balance you already hold is preserved.
