Terms of Service
Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Titan Koders ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the WallsPy mobile application. Please read them, by installing, accessing or using the Service you confirm you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Some features require a user account. You must provide accurate information when creating one and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
2. Licence to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for your own non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.
We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including the underlying source code, design, branding, and the in-house artwork we publish. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of those to you.
3. Content in the Service
Service Content
Wallpapers, graphics, text, live wallpapers, animations and other materials we publish through the Service ("Service Content") come from a mix of in-house artwork, licensed third-party sources, and manufacturer stock packs. Service Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may set Service Content as the wallpaper of devices you own; you may not resell, redistribute, white-label or commercially exploit it without our express written consent.
User-Generated Content
Content you create through the Service, including images generated via WallsPy AI Studio and your stored prompts ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"), is governed by §4 below.
4. WallsPy AI Studio & your prompts
WallsPy AI Studio lets you generate wallpapers from a text prompt and optionally turn them into a 3D effect, using third-party AI providers. See our Privacy Policy §3 for what is sent to them.
Your responsibility for prompts
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. You agree not to submit prompts that are unlawful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, infringing on third-party intellectual property or other rights, hateful, harassing, or otherwise contrary to these Terms or applicable law. Prompts that violate the policies of our AI providers may be refused, in which case the generation fails and we cannot override that decision.
Ownership and licence-back to TitanKoders
You retain ownership of the prompts you write. For images generated through the Service, the underlying model's output rights depend on the model provider's terms. To the extent you have rights in User-Generated Content, you grant TitanKoders a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, host, display, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and exploit the UGC in connection with operating, providing, improving and promoting the Service.
Generated wallpapers are by default published into the Service's gallery for other users to discover. If you do not want a generation published, untick the "Share" option at generation time or delete the wallpaper from your generation history.
3D-parallax limitations
WallsPy AI 3D Parallax adds real depth to an image and is inherently approximate. Results vary; see our AI Content Disclaimer for the full notice.
5. Content safety ratings
Wallpapers in the Service, including AI-generated wallpapers, are automatically scored with a content safety rating of safe, questionable or explicit. These ratings power our filtering and are meant to make the gallery appropriate for the audience selected by your in-app safety preference.
Automated classification is not perfect. You may occasionally encounter content that you find offensive, inappropriate or mis-rated, and you agree to use the Service at your own risk. If you spot a mis-rated wallpaper, please report it using the in-app report button so we can review it. We may at our discretion re-rate, hide, or remove any wallpaper.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits. Security research and bug reports are welcome, email us first.
- Distribute viruses, worms, spyware, ransomware or other malicious code through or against the Service.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service without our prior written permission. Our APIs include automated abuse-prevention measures.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, the AI credit system, the content safety filter, or any other technical control we apply.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes the rights of others, including portrait or publicity rights.
- Use the Service to impersonate any person or organisation.
- Reproduce, white-label, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the Service or Service Content without our consent.
7. Subscriptions & credits
WallsPy offers paid subscription tiers (BASIC, PREMIUM, ULTRA, MAX) and a one-time legacy ad-free purchase. WallsPy AI Studio is metered by a credit system: subscribing for the first time grants a one-time tier-based signup bonus, and additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs.
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and processed via Google Play Billing. The full pricing, cancellation, refund, and credit-system rules, including the lifetime-once nature of the tier signup bonus, are set out in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, cloud hosting, third-party AI providers, advertising networks, and analytics and crash-reporting tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the delete-account page. Active subscriptions must additionally be cancelled through Google Play (see Subscription Terms §5) or they will continue to renew.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or a regulatory requirement. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, indemnity, liability) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TitanKoders disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, security, or freedom from error.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will meet your expectations, be free of artefacts, accurately reflect your prompt, or be suitable for any particular use. See the AI Content Disclaimer for details.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will TitanKoders, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid TitanKoders for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (e.g. liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury). Statutory consumer rights, including those of EU and German consumers, are not affected by anything in this section.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless TitanKoders and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User-Generated Content, your prompts, or your misuse of the Service.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence also applies.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Leipzig, Germany, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised text here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes we will additionally surface a notice in-app on next launch. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
