AI Content Disclaimer
WallsPy uses third-party generative AI models to power the WallsPy AI Studio, the 3D-parallax effect, and automated content moderation. This page explains, in plain English, what those systems can and cannot reliably do, what could go wrong, and what you agree to when you use them.

1. AI providers
WallsPy AI is powered by trusted third-party generative AI providers for image creation, 3D effects, and automated content moderation. The data we send them is handled under their own terms and privacy policies (see our Privacy Policy).
We may switch, add, or remove providers at any time as we improve quality and reliability.
2. Variance & output quality
Generative AI models are not deterministic. The same prompt run twice will produce different images. Expect:
- Subject anatomy issues, extra or missing fingers, distorted faces, twisted limbs, asymmetric eyes.
- Text mistakes, readable text or logos in the generated image are likely to be garbled or invented.
- Composition surprises, the model may interpret your prompt in an unexpected way; rare or compound concepts ("a librarian-astronaut riding a Vespa underwater") often produce inconsistent results.
- Style drift, the same prompt at a different quality setting, or on a different model, may produce a very different look.
- Refusals, third-party providers enforce their own content policies. A prompt that we accept may still be rejected upstream; the generation fails with an error and we cannot override the provider's decision.
We provide a quality knob (low / medium / high) to trade speed for fidelity, but a high-quality run is not a guarantee of a usable result. We recommend treating AI Studio as a creative tool: iterate, refine the prompt, try different models.
3. 3D parallax
WallsPy AI 3D Parallax works best on images with a clear subject and a distinct background. On tricky scenes, such as reflective surfaces, glass, water, very flat art, or busy multi-subject compositions, the depth effect can look less convincing.
If you are not happy with a 3D result, try again with a clearer single subject against a simpler background, or keep the wallpaper as a static image.
4. Your prompts & what's appropriate
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. Per our Acceptable Use Policy, prompts must not request unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, real people in compromising contexts, content infringing third-party intellectual property, or other prohibited content.
We keep a record of the prompts you submit to help prevent abuse. We may suspend WallsPy AI access for accounts that repeatedly submit policy-violating prompts. See Terms §9 for the consequences.
Do not put personal information into prompts. Prompts are sent to the AI provider to create your image; treat them as if they were public.
5. Content safety ratings
Every wallpaper visible in the Service, including AI-generated ones, carries an automatically-assigned content safety rating:
- safe, appropriate for all audiences.
- questionable, borderline; may include suggestive posing, brief partial nudity, mild violence, or other content some users would prefer to skip.
- explicit, adult content, hidden by default; visible only if you opt in via the safety preference.
The rating is produced by an automated classifier and is not 100% accurate. You may encounter content that is mis-rated in either direction. If you spot a wallpaper you believe is mis-rated, please report it using the in-app report button so we can review it. We may at our discretion re-rate, hide, or remove any wallpaper.
6. Likeness & intellectual property
You agree not to use AI Studio to generate images of real people without their consent, images of public figures in compromising or defamatory contexts, copyrighted characters in contexts likely to cause confusion or harm, or any other content that would infringe a third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.
The rights status of AI-generated images is unsettled in many jurisdictions and varies by provider. See the AI providers' terms for their position on output ownership. By using WallsPy AI you accept the risk that the rights status of your generated images may be limited or unclear.
7. Generation failures & refunds
Credits for AI generations are charged only after a wallpaper is successfully created. If a generation fails or your prompt is rejected before a wallpaper is created, no credits are charged, and you can simply retry.
Once the wallpaper has been successfully created and the credit debited, the result is yours. We do not issue credit refunds for:
- An output you don't like.
- A generation that doesn't match your prompt as you intended.
- Anatomy, text, or composition artefacts.
- A 3D effect you are not happy with, after the wallpaper itself was created (you keep the wallpaper).
If you believe a generation should be refunded for a reason not covered above, for example, a confirmed bug in our pipeline that produced an unusable result, contact support and we will review at our discretion.
